Working with horses and handling horses can be dangerous and horses may be unpredictable. Holistic Hoof Care Oy cannot be held liable for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to any student of any of our courses. Nor can Holistic Hoof Care Oy be held liable for any accident, injury, damage or illness affecting the horse or pony being trimmed, whether directly or indirectly caused by the trimming. Students understand and accept that they undertake any trimming at their own risk, and should not trim any hooves if they are not confident in their knowledge of what they are doing.
Access to the course
By purchasing the course, you get lifetime access to it. This means that, as long as the course is operational on this platform, we will never remove your access to it. Of course life happens, and we can't guarantee that the course will be available for literally "forever". Our intention is to run this course for many, many years, but if for any reason we do have to close it, we will give you six months notice of this by email.

This course and its contents are solely for the personal use of the customer who has paid the course fee. The contents and documentation of the course may not be used in any other way than by reviewing it in private use. Among other things, manufacturing and / or distribution of additional copies of the documentation, publication of the documentation on the internet or otherwise, cita.ng and any commercial use of the same is strictly prohibited. 4.The purpose of processing personal data
The purpose of the processing of personal data is to communicate with customers, maintain customer relations, marketing and other corresponding reasons relating to the business development and improvement of services. The data is not used for automated decision- making or profiling and is not shared with third parties.
5.The contents of the register and types of data to be stored:
- personal name
- company / organization
- contact details (telephone number, email address, address),
- IP-address of internet access,
- information of ordered services/products and their changes,
- invoicing details,
- other information relating to customer relationship and services ordered (e. complaints)
Comments
When site users leave comments on the site, we collect the information on the comments form, as well as the user's IP address and browser version information, to help identify spam.
When visitors leave a comment on this site, we collect the information displayed in the comment fields, including the IP address and browser version. Anonymized hash information created from an email address can be sent to the Gravatar service to know if the commenter is a user of the service. The Gravatar Privacy Statement can be found at https:// automalc.com/privacy/.
Contact forms Cookies
If you leave a comment on the site, you can choose to save the name, email address and url in the cookie. This feature adds user convenience because you don’t have to fill out the form each time you add a comment. Cookie information will be deleted from your browser after one year.
If you have an account and log in to the site, we set a temporary cookie that determines whether or not your browser supports cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal information and is deleted when the browser window is closed.

How long do we store information
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata will be stored for the time being. This is done so that we can automatically recognize and approve the following comments instead of keeping them in the moderation queue.
The personal data will be stored as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes defined in this Data Protection Statement, unless required otherwise by mandatory legislation or legal proceedings.
6.Regular sources of information
The information stored in the register is mainly obtained from the customer personally from e.g. messages sent via web forms, e-mail, telephone, via social media services, contracts, customer meetings and other situations in which the customer discloses information. Visitor comments may be reviewed through an automated anti-spam service.
7.Regular transfers of data and transfers of data outside the EU or the EEA
The personal data is not generally disclosed to other parties, unless required otherwise by mandatory legislation or orders issued by officials. The personal data is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
The personal data may be transferred to third-party service providers to maintain the IT systems of the registrar, wherein the following of data protection obligations shall be secured by the registrar.
The personal data is not transferred outside EU or EEA.
8.The principles of register security
The register shall be handled with due care and the data processed by the information systems shall be adequately protected. When register information is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital security of their hardware is adequately addressed. The data controller shall ensure that the data stored, as well as the access rights to the servers and other information critical to the security of personal data, are treated confidentially.
9.Right of inspection and right to request correction of information
Every person appearing in the register has the right to check the information stored in the register and to request correc.ng any incorrect information or completion of incomplete information. If a person wishes to check the data stored or to request a correction, the request shall be sent by e-mail to the registrar. If necessary, the registrar may request proof of the identity. The registrar will respond to the customer within the time limit set by the EU Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month).
10.Other rights related to the processing of personal data
A person whose information is stored in the register has the right to request the removal of the personal data from the register (“right to be forgotten”). Data subjects have other rights under the General Data Protection Regulation as well, such as the right to restrict processing of personal data in certain situations, right to withdraw an earlier given consent, right to have the data transferred to other registrar and right to file a complaint to a data protection official. Requests shall be sent by e-mail to the registrar. If necessary, the registrar may request proof of the identity. The registrar will respond to the customer within the time limit set by the General Data Protection Regulation of the EU (generally within one month).
The registrar may have to amend and update this Data Protection Statement. We recommend reviewing the contents of this Data Protection Statement regularly.

Hevosten kanssa työskentely ja hevosten käsittely voi olla vaarallista ja hevonen saattaa käyttäytyä arvaamattomasti. Holistic Hoof Care Oy ei ole vastuussa tai vastuullinen korvaamaan mitään onnettomuuksia, vahinkoja tai vammoja millekään kurssimme oppilaalle. Holistic Hoof Care Oy ei myöskään ole vastuussa mistään onnettomuudesta, loukkaantumisesta tai vammasta mikä saattaa koitua hevoselle tai ponille suorasti tai epäsuorasti sen kavioiden vuolun seurauksena. Kurssin oppilas ymmärtää ja sitoutuu vuolemaan hevosen tai ponin kavioita omalla vastuullaan. Me suosittelemme, että kavioita ei vuolla ellei vuolija ole varma siitä että hän tietää mitä tekee.
Kurssin käyttöaika
Ostettuasi kurssin saat sille elinikäisen pääsyn. Tämä tarkoittaa, että niin kauan kuin kurssi toimii tällä alustalle, emme tule rajoittamaan pääsyäsi kurssille. Emme tietystikään pysty lupaamaan että kurssin on toiminnassa kirjaimellisesti "ikuisuuden". Aikomuksemme on pitää kurssi avoinna monta, monta vuotta, mutta jos koskaan mistään syystä joudumme sulkemaan kurssin, ilmoitamme siitä sinulle 6 kuukautta etukäteen sähköpostilla.

4.Henkilötietojen käsittelyn tarkoitus
Henkilötietojen käsittelyn tarkoitus on yhteydenpito asiakkaisiin, asiakassuhteen ylläpito, markkinointi ja muut vastaavat liiketoiminnan kehittämiseen ja palvelujen parantamiseen liittyvät syyt. Tietoja ei käytetä automatisoituun päätöksentekoon tai profilointiin eikä niitä jaeta kolmansille osapuolille.
5.Rekisterin tietosisältö, mitä tietoja keräämme
Rekisteriin tallennettavia tietoja ovat:
- henkilön nimi,
- yritys/organisaatio,
- yhteystiedot (puhelinnumero, sähköpostiosoite, osoite),
- verkkoyhteyden IP-osoite,
- tiedot tilatuista palveluista/tuotteista ja niiden muutoksista,
- laskutustiedot,
- muut asiakassuhteeseen ja tilattuihin palveluihin liittyvät tiedot (esimerkiksi reklamaatiot).
Kommentit
Kun sivuston käyttäjät jättävät kommentteja sivustolle, keräämme kommenttilomakkeessa olevat tiedot, sekä käyttäjän IP-osoitteen ja selaimen versiotiedot roskaviestien tunnistamisen helpottamiseksi.
Kun vierailijat jättävät kommentin tälle sivustolle keräämme tiedon, joka on näkyvissä kommentointikentissä, IP-osoitteen sekä selaimen versioon liittyvät tiedot. Sähköpostiosoitteesta luotu anonymisoitu hajautustieto (hash) voidaan lähettää Gravatar-palveluun, jotta tiedetään onko kommentoija palvelun käyttäjä. Evästeet
Jos jätät kommentin sivustolle, voit valita nimen, sähköpostiosoitteen ja url-osoitteen tallennuksen evästeeseen. Tämä toiminto lisää käyttömukavuutta, koska lomaketta ei tarvitse täyttää jokaisella kerralla uudelleen kommenttia lisätessä. Evästetieto poistetaan selaimesta vuoden kuluttua.
Mikäli sinulla on tili ja kirjaudut sivustolle asetamme väliaikaisen evästeen, joka päättelee tukeeko selaimesi evästeitä vai ei. Tämä eväste ei sisällä henkilötietoa ja se poistetaan kun selainikkuna suljetaan.
Kun kirjaudut sisään asetamme useita evästeitä, jotka tallentavat kirjautumis- sekä näyttöasetuksesi. Kirjautumisevästeet poistetaan kahden vuorokauden kuluessa, näyttöasetuksiin liittyvät evästeet poistuvat vuoden päästä. Mikäli valitset “Muista minut” kirjautumisen yhteydessä, kirjautumistietojasi säilytetään kahden viikon ajan. Mikäli kirjaudut ulos, kirjautumiseen liittyvät evästeet poistetaan samassa yhteydessä.
Muilta sivustoilta upotettu sisältö
Tämän sivuston artikkelit voivat sisältää upotettua sisältöä (esimerkiksi videoita, kuvia, artikkeleita jne.). Toisilta sivustoilta tuodun upotetun sisällön avaaminen on verrattavissa siihen, että vierailija itse kävisi kolmannen osapuolen sivustolla.

6.Säännönmukaiset tietolähteet
Rekisteriin tallennettavat tiedot saadaan pääasiallisesti asiakkaalta itseltään esimerkiksi www-lomakkeilla lähetetyistä viesteistä, sähköpostitse, puhelimitse, sosiaalisen median palvelujen kautta, sopimuksista, asiakastapaamisista ja muista tilanteista, joissa asiakas luovuttaa tietojaan. Vierailijoiden kommentteja saatetaan tarkistaa automatisoidun roskapostiestopalvelun kautta.
7.Henkilötietojen säännönmukaiset luovutukset EU:n tai ETA:n ulkopuolelle
Henkilötietoja ei luovuteta säännönmukaisesti muille tahoille, ellei pakottavasta lainsäädännöstä tai viranomaisen määräyksestä muuta johdu. Henkilötietoja ei luovuteta kolmansille osapuolille markkinointitarkoituksiin. Henkilötietoja voidaan joutua luovuttamaan ulkopuolisille palveluntarjoajille rekisterinpitäjän tietojärjestelmien kunnossapitämiseksi, jolloin tietosuojavelvoitteiden noudattaminen varmistetaan rekisterinpitäjän toimesta.
Henkilötietoja ei siirretä EU:n tai ETA:n ulkopuolelle.
8.Rekisterin suojauksen periaatteet
Rekisterin käsittelyssä noudatetaan huolellisuutta ja tietojärjestelmien avulla käsiteltävät tiedot suojataan asianmukaisesti. Kun rekisteritietoja säilytetään Internet-palvelimilla, niiden laitteiston fyysisestä ja digitaalisesta tietoturvasta huolehditaan asiaankuuluvasti. Rekisterinpitäjä huolehtii siitä, että tallennettuja tietoja sekä palvelimien käyttöoikeuksia ja muita henkilötietojen turvallisuuden kannalta kriittisiä tietoja käsitellään luottamuksellisesti.
9.Tarkastusoikeus ja oikeus vaatia tiedon korjaamista
Jokaisella rekisterissä olevalla henkilöllä on oikeus tarkistaa rekisteriin tallennetut tietonsa ja vaatia mahdollisen virheellisen tiedon korjaamista tai puutteellisen tiedon täydentämistä. Mikäli henkilö haluaa tarkistaa hänestä tallennetut tiedot tai vaatia niihin oikaisua, pyyntö tulee lähettää sähköpostitse rekisterinpitäjälle. Rekisterinpitäjä voi pyytää tarvittaessa pyynnön esittäjää todistamaan henkilöllisyytensä. Rekisterinpitäjä vastaa asiakkaalle EU:n tietosuoja-asetuksessa säädetyssä ajassa (pääsääntöisesti kuukauden kuluessa).
10.Muut henkilötietojen käsittelyyn liittyvät oikeudet
Rekisterissä olevalla henkilöllä on oikeus pyytää häntä koskevien henkilötietojen poistamista rekisteristä (“oikeus tulla unohdetuksi”). Niin ikään rekisteröidyillä on muut EU:n yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen mukaiset oikeudet kuten henkilötietojen käsittelyn rajoittaminen tietyissä tilanteissa, tietojen käsittelyyn annetun suostumuksen peruuttaminen, oikeus tietojen siirtämiseen toiselle rekisterinpitäjälle ja oikeus tehdä valitus tietosuojaviranomaiselle. Pyynnöt tulee lähettää sähköpostitse rekisterinpitäjälle. Rekisterinpitäjä voi pyytää tarvittaessa pyynnön esittäjää todistamaan henkilöllisyytensä. Rekisterinpitäjä vastaa asiakkaalle EU:n tietosuoja-asetuksessa säädetyssä ajassa (pääsääntöisesti kuukauden kuluessa).
Rekisterinpitäjä saattaa joutua muuttamaan ja päivittämään tätä tietosuojaselostetta. Suosittelemme tutustumaan tietosuojaselosteen sisältöön säännöllisesti.
